We know that there can be an un-spoken snobbery about affordable housing in the property sector, but we are proud to shout about our work with and for registered providers as we think they do some really interesting stuff.

Essentially we offer all the same services in the affordable housing market as we do for residential and commercial, so you can see those here. The only difference is we also bring to the table specific knowledge, expertise and networking from this niche sector.

From mixed tenure sites, to extra care and rural exception schemes, affordable housing can throw up some unique challenges when bringing a site to fruition. So we work directly with both housing associations and developers, and sometimes as an agent between the two, to deliver whatever our client needs.

 

With this in mind some examples of our professional consultancy and project management work includes working with a developer or housing associations throughout the pre-contract stage on affordable housing developments or securing sale/ purchases for s106 units. We also act as a connector, should developers be looking for a registered provider to partner with.
